A native of Clay County, Penny has been a REALTOR for 9 years, enjoying all aspects of real estate from not only homes but also farm and ranch land.  She is a member of many professional Realtor associations and serves on many boards and groups.  Penny is also very active in her home town of Henrietta:  active in organizations for business development to education.

Penny and her husband Chris have been happily married for 20 years.  They have three children:  Shane, Patrick and Elizabeth "Lizzy", as well as two adorable grandchildren.  Penny and her family have made their home in northern Clay County, and are extremely active members of the First Baptist Church in Henrietta. 

Penny has always been a very active person in the business industry.  After owning and operating a travel agency for 21 years, she made the bold venture of becoming a Real Estate agent.  Penny enjoyed finding the perfect dream vacations for her clients, now she thrives off the opportunity in helping families achieve more then vacations. Helping a family to find their dream home whether it is a small home or a large ranch estate is very exciting.  Her love for the great outdoors and the land has made her a muti-million dollar Realtor and one of the top producer at Strategic Realtors.
