The most expensive piece of land listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $22 million, while the median price for land, ranches and farms in Oklahoma was $352,786. The average price of land for sale in Oklahoma was $498,359. Based on comps submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program last month, Oklahoma is among the country's top five states for land sold during the month. This reflects a 13 percent increase in sales activity over the previous month, with a combined land value of $16.6 million for all property and land sold in the state.
