The most expensive land listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $22 million, though the median price for land for sale in Oklahoma came in at $398,190. The average price of land advertised for sale in Oklahoma was $550,590. Based on comps submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program last month, Oklahoma is among the country's top five states for land sold during the month. This reflects an increase in sales activity over data from the previous reporting period. Oklahoma covers a diverse landscape that incorporates 12 distinct ecoregions. Hunters and outdoor sportspeople can enjoy some 1.6 million acres of wildlife management areas throughout the state and while anglers get their pick of 35 major lakes covering over a half-million acres.
