Hog sign was not seen on the ranch during filming but it would not be surprising to see a transient sounder wander through working their way up the creek to the wooded hills. Lastly, the trees on the property range from the post oak and blackjack on the hill ground to large red and white oaks, sycamores and other soft hardwoods in the drainages. During warm weather, you could always have some fun catching fish from the dock on the largest pond.

For those looking for basic living accommodations, the ranch offers a mobile home with additional rooms and a deck added.
